Here is the conversation between Alex and Sue from the church office, as he arranged a date for filming our music video. This was an arrangement for our final shoot where previously the arrangement had been made through Sam, our drummer, who attends the church. 

Organisation played an important part in making sure we could film our music video and this was one of Alex's roles within the group.  He searched on the website of the church for the contact details for someone he would be able to book through. When he found the email he checked the availability of our band members which then gave him time to email ahead with an intended date for filming. 

Fortunately, due to Alex's planning ahead he was able to secure the hall and we were able to finish up the filming of our music video.
