Feedback for my Front Cover
This was my original finished Front Page Music Magazine. I was really proud of how it turned out however when I asked my fellow peers in my class for constructive criticism they pointed out things that would make my magazine alot better. This was things such as:
-Adding a date to my barcode
-In my poster picture maybe edit the background so it looks more studio like and smooth
-Correct my spelling mistake of 'Artic Monkeys' to 'Arctic Monkeys'
These were the main three criticsms my peers gave, I took these criticisms on board and edited my magazine further.
Below is evidence of a group of year 13's who also take media at A-level who took the time to criticise my work.
After taking all of the criticism on board, I edited my front page.
This was my new front page music magazine below.
I then asked my media teacher for constructive criticism and these were a few suggestions she made to me:
- Get rid of the white box behind the writing.
- Straighten my pull quote
So I again changed my front cover and below is my final front cover for my music magazine.
A further aspect wrong with the magazine that I spotted was that the number '68' from my contents page had somehow brought over onto my front page and placed itself on to her finger. I removed this instantly.
